Swipe across the eyelid using a Smudger Brush or fingertips, and blend for a solo pop of colour!

TILBURY TIP! DIAL UP THE LOOK – combine two pop shot colours or layer over the top of a Luxury Palette eyeshadow for a multi-dimensional glow!

Exagger-Eyes Volume Mascara:

Hold the brush wand horizontally. Press the inner curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards.

Use the outer curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define.

Use the tip of the wand to coat the inner + outer corners and lower lash line for precise application.
