Using this website

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse content, or attempt unauthorized access. Product and brand marks belong to their respective owners.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Prices are displayed in CAD. Applicable tax and the final total are shown before order confirmation. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, or another lawful reason and refund any payment collected for that order.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery estimates, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Site operation and legal rights

We may correct material website errors and update these terms by posting a revised version. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from site use. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
