Instant Eye Palette in Bejewelled Eyes to Hypnotise

Whether you want to create a glowing, golden topaz look, a romantic ruby smokey eye, a dreamy amethyst-inspired eye look or a supermodel smokey quartz gaze, use the PRIME-ENHANCE-SMOKE technique for bejewelled eyes to hypnotise in minutes!

Apply the PRIME shade over the entire eyelid using the Blender Brush.
Blend the ENHANCE shade from the outer corner into the centre of the eyelid and crease
Using the Smudger Brush, apply the SMOKE shade along the top and bottom lash lines and blend into the outer corner and crease.
Finish with Charlotte’s NEW! Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! mascara!

Rock ‘n’ Kohl eyeliner

To use, start from the inner corner of your upper eyelid getting as close to the lash line as you can!
Draw a thin line across your eyelid outwards until you are two thirds towards the outer corner, then lift & extend the line outwards & upwards to create the illusion of an almond-shaped eye.
Keep your eyeliner pencil sharp by regularly sharpening using your Pencil Sharpener; a blunt instrument draws a blunt, lacklustre line!
